Perkinsonism is a rare clinical disorder found in the minority of plutocrats in any society. As a behavioral/neurological disorder, it's characterized by a number of symptoms:

1.--Bragging about one's wealth.
2.--A belief that wealth is evidence of personal value.
3.--Incipient or actual sociopathological behavior.
4.--Obtuseness about the social origins of one's wealth.
5.--Paranoid attitudes about the un-rich masses.
6.--A strong tendency to believe the un-rich masses exist to serve the rich.

Treatment: None.
Prognosis: Once the disorder exists, it tends to worsen with age.
