Pete Wentz may have finally put an end to rumors that he was considering suing for full custody of his 4-year-old son Bronx, as he had nothing but good things to say about his ex-wife during his appearance on "Watch What Happens Live."
"I feel like we both realize that we're parents and we're in it for our kid. That's made it really easy," the 33-year-old Fall Out Boy bassist told host Andy Cohen, who asked how he was finding co-parenting with his ex to be.
"I feel like, as a mom, she's awesome. She's an awesome mom and we get along really well when it comes to our kid now," he said.
The couple divorced in 2011 after three years of marriage, and at the time Us Weekly reported that the couple's split was in part sparked by Simpson's alleged drinking problem. The singer's reported affinity for partying once again was in the headlines this past February, prompting rumors that Wentz was concerned for his son's well-being while in her care.
During his appearance on the show, Wentz also commented on his nude photos that leaked back in 2006. When asked the best and worst thing about having photos of his manhood on the Internet, he replied:
"The worst thing is that I had to have a conversation with my mother about that, which was kind of like a little bit hard to do... And the best thing is that everybody knows what they'll be working with."
