Congratulations are in order for Pippa Middleton and her new fiancée, James Matthews!
The couple announced their engagement Tuesday, much to the delight of fans and royal enthusiasts the world over who are likely counting the days until they get to see Duchess Kate in a bridesmaid gown.
The Press Association’s royal reporter Twitter account announced that the couple will be wed in 2017. It also reports that Pippa’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, are “absolutely thrilled,” and that her sister (the former Kate Middleton) and brother-in-law Prince William are “absolutely delighted” to hear the news.
The pair has been back together for about a year, but had previously been on and off since 2012, when they were first spotted out together.
Of course, their upcoming nuptials won’t be quite as big of a spectacle as her sister’s 2011 ceremony, but we have a feeling it will be equally as filled with love, excitement and of course, couture.
Take a look at some photos of the happy couple below and excuse us while we daydream about the ceremony for the rest of the day.
