Pippa Middleton & James Middleton Visit Kate In The Hospital (PHOTO)

Pregnant Kate Middleton may be cooped up in a hospital with terrible morning sickness -- but that doesn't mean the Duchess of Cambridge has to go it alone.

Catherine, who's holed up at King Edward VII Hospital suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, has already had some kind visitors:

1. Prince William (duh), who's been spotted visiting his wife everyday (in a sweater and "dad" sneakers, natch.)

Pippa, who's rumored to be named the new child's godmother, stayed buttoned-up in a khaki trench and boots as she and her brother made their way to and from the hospital. (We hope Pippa brought a sisterly care package full of gossip mags, nail polish and crossword puzzles.) James wore a blazer over a hoodie (bold!) and was still in Movember mode.
