"Pippi Longstocking" actress Tami Erin allegedly appeared in a sex tape and now that XXX video is being shopped around, TMZ is reporting.
The "hardcore" flick was reportedly shot recently, according to TMZ. It is unclear who is selling the footage and whether anyone has purchased it yet.
A representative for Erin could not be immediately reached for comment.
Back in April, Erin was arrested for allegedly assaulting her roommate. The 39-year-old was placed under citizen's arrest in Walnut Creek, Calif., after a neighbor heard her and her male roommate arguing and rushed over when the man yelled for help.
Following the arrest, Erin claimed the altercation occurred after she discovered her roommate had been filming her without her knowledge.
"I'm in the San Francisco Bay area to support my father who had a stroke," she said in a statement to E! News at the time. "I thought I was in a safe environment and my privacy was illegally violated. I caught this person filming me without my knowledge in my private environment and I was defending myself. He's 6' and I'm a 5'5" small girl. How much has he been filming me without my knowledge? The truth will come out."
Her rep told TMZ she was not naked at the time of the alleged filming.
Erin is most famous for playing Longstocking in the 1988 flick "The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking" when she was just 14 years old. She beat out 8,000 other young actresses for the role. Since then, she went on to secure roles in "Kill You Twice," "Disconnect" and "Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! Chrimbus Special." Most recently, she has been tweeting glamour shots for her 240 Twitter followers.
UPDATE: Erin spoke with TMZ Tuesday afternoon and blamed an ex-boyfriend for attempting to sell the private sex tape. She has not yet been approached about the video, and plans to make sure it never gets released.
