Papa John's Pizza Delivery Man Bests Stun Gun Attacker, Refuses To Give Up Pies

Best Delivery Man Ever Saves Pizzas From Stun Gun Robber

Hats off to a brave Papa John's Pizza delivery driver in Daytona Beach, Florida, who refused to give up his pies even after being shocked with a stun gun by a robber.

The Daytona Beach News-Journal writes that the assailant, Christopher Dondre Collins, directed the delivery to a home that was dark upon the delivery man's arrival. Collins allegedly told the delivery man over the phone that Papa John's had gotten the address wrong and would meet him at that location. Shortly after Collins arrived, he thrust a stun gun into the belly of the delivery man instead of paying the owed $26.09 for two pizzas.

Despite the attack, the delivery man refused to give up the pizzas and Collins soon fled. Police soon caught up with him; his phone number had previously been used for delivery to another location, where police found him.

Hunger was the official motivation, according to the police report. WKMG Local 6 writes that the delivery man is expected to make a full recovery.

Daytonamugshots.com reveals that Collins is currently being held for $10,000 bail.
