Pizza Grilled Cheese: 'The Canadian' By BS In The Kitchen (PHOTO)

As Samuel L. Jackson says, hold onto your butts. We have something crazy to show you. Dubbed simply "The Canadian" by its inventor, this Frankenstein's monster of a sandwich has occupied our hearts and minds all day. Ready?

The Canadian is a pizza grilled cheese. Big deal, right? Well, it's made by a Canadian, Bob of BS in the Kitchen in particular, who defines a Canadian pizza thusly: "Pepperoni, mushroom, bacon, mozzarella... you get the picture -– awesomeness." Upon first glance, this looked like two leftover pieces of pizza sandwiched together and melted. Not a bad fate to befall you, but the truth is much tastier. Bob used some lovely foccaccia for the bread, griddled his (Canadian, duh) bacon, and then assembled the pizza grilled cheese to beat all pizza grilled cheeses.
