Plaxico Burress Crushes Mike Jenkins: Jets Receiver Delivers Huge Hit In Win Over Cowboys (VIDEO)

Plaxico Shakes Off The Rust With A Vicious Block

Plaxico Burress is back... just ask Dallas Cowboys cornerback Mike Jenkins.

Down two touchdowns in the fourth quarter of Sunday night's game against Cowboys, the Jets finally began to find some rhythm in the passing game, thanks largely to the stellar play by Burress.

Burress, who was seeing his first regular season action after spending two years in prison for gun charges, racked up 72 yards on four catches -- and one vicious block.

As Santonio Holmes weaved through traffic on his way to a 28-yard gain, Burress unloaded a clean block on Jenkins, who was sent flying.

The cornerback would have to leave the game with a shoulder injury, but would return later.

The Jets would comeback to win the contest 27-24, and for Burress, the block was certainly one way to shake the rust off.

"It feels like I never left," he told the Associated Press.

Looks like it too.
