Police in southern California have issued this sketch of a distinctive-looking man they are seeking over an attempted child kidnapping.
He has a distinctive “third eye” tattooed on his forehead and a skull inked onto the front of his neck.
The suspect allegedly tried to bundle an 11-year-old girl into a lifted Ford F250 pick-up truck in Imperial Beach at around 5 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, reports Fox 5 San Diego.
Authorities said he was the passenger in the royal blue-colored vehicle that stopped near the young child, who was riding a scooter. The girl managed to run away from him and arrived safely a family member’s home.
She was not injured in the incident. It’s unclear where her alleged attacker went following the attempted abduction.
Police described the man as being white, around 5 foot 11 ins tall and with slicked-back salt and pepper hair and a large mustache. They have not circulated a description of the truck’s driver.
