House Speaker Paul Ryan endorsed presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Thursday.

In doing so, Ryan fell in line with the disgraced, dangerous, and buffoonish bigots, bullies, rapists, liars, and psychopaths, who have already endorsed Trump.

This list includes, but is not limited to, Dick Cheney, Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, David Duke, Mike Tyson, Dennis Rodman, John Rocker, Bobby Knight, Sean Hannity, and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un:

Dick Cheney, former vice president of the United States. Cheney left his dirty fingerprints on just about everything that has gone wrong in the United States and in much of the world since 2000: the fraudulent war against Iraq, the instability in the Middle East, the torture of POWs, the spying on ordinary Americans, and the international economic collapse.

Newt Gingrich, resigned in disgrace as speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. The thrice-married, pro-family serial adulterer was the first standing speaker in history to be disciplined for ethics violations.

Bob Livingston, resigned in disgrace as speaker of the U.S. House of Representative. The Louisiana congressman was selected to succeed Gingrich as speaker but resigned over an extramarital affair before he assumed the office.

David Duke, former grand dragon of the Ku Klux Klan. Duke told a group of white supremacists that "voting against Trump . . . is really treason to heritage."

Dan Quayle, much maligned former vice president of the United States. A popular joke when he was vice president was that if anything happened to president George H.W. Bush, "the Secret Service was ordered to shoot Quayle." Quite possibly the dumbest national political figure of the last decade and a half of the 20th century.

Sarah Palin, former vice presidential candidate, governor of Alaska, and reality show star. One of the dumbest national political figures of any century.

Jeff Sessions, racist U.S. senator. President Ronald Reagan appointed Sessions, then a U.S. attorney, to be a U.S. district court judge. The Senate rejected him because of a "long and disturbing history of racism," including praising the Ku Klux Klan and calling a black U.S. attorney "boy" and the NAACP "un-American." Sessions became only the second nominee to the federal judiciary in a half century whose nomination was rejected by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Joseph Arpaio, racist sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona. Arpaio has made it clear he will stop of nothing - not even the U.S. Constitution -- to detain Mexicans, regardless of whether they are in the United States legally.

Dennis Rodman, one of the best cross-dressing small forwards in NBA history. Rodman, who has been arrested multiple times for spousal abuse and failure to pay child support, appeared on Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice." Rodman calls himself a friend of Trump's but says he has a much closer relationship with North Korean dictator Kim John-un, who he describes as "a friend for life."

Kim Jong-un, unpredictable and dangerous ruler of North Korea. He has threatened a nuclear attack against the United States, been condemned by the United Nations for human rights abuses, and ordered the execution of an inestimable amount of people, including members of his own family. His uncle reportedly was stripped naked and fed to 30 dogs who had not eaten for three days.

Curt Schilling, disgraced former ESPN commentator. Schilling was suspended by ESPN for anti-Muslim remarks and later fired by the network for offensive tweets against the transgendered. Schilling, a former major league pitcher, was voted the least popular player in the history of the Arizona Diamondbacks - even though he helped the team win their only world series title.

Richie Incognito, disgraced professional football player. Incognito was suspended for harassing and bullying a teammate. This included using racist slurs and threatening to harm the teammate's mother. NFL players once voted Incognito "the dirtiest player in the league."

Sean Hannity, ignorant, dishonest and ethically bereft radio and television host. He reportedly raised millions of dollars for veterans and their families but spent most of it on his own jet travel and limos. Hannity has rarely met a fact he didn't like.

Bobby Knight, disgraced former college football coach. Knight was fired as head basketball of Indiana University after, among other things, assaulting a man in a restaurant parking lot, assaulting a Puerto Rican police officer, kicking a player, choking a player, shoving an opposing team's fan into a trash can, and choking one of his team's fans.

Mike Tyson, former heavyweight champion and convicted rapist. Trump boasted about the endorsement from Tyson, a registered sex offender, an admitted drug addict and alcoholic, who once bit part of the ear off an opponent, brutalized one of his wives, and talked about wanting to eat children.
