The Wildest Moments From Past Presidential Debates

Take a trip down memory lane.

2016 presidential nominees Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will face off in their first debate on Monday, beginning the final stretch of the race to the White House.

To gear up, here is a look back at the funniest, weirdest and wildest moments from past presidential and vice presidential debates, from the historic Kennedy-Nixon debates in 1960, to Lloyd Bentsen’s famous criticism of Dan Quayle (“Senator, you’re no Jack Kennedy”) in 1988. More recent highlights include President George W. Bush claiming he saw some “rumors on the, uh, internets” in 2004, to Mitt Romney’s “binders full of women” in 2012.
