Prince William Plays Polo While World Waits For Royal Baby News (PHOTOS)

PICS: Daddy-To-Be Prince William Plays Polo

We're on day 14 of Royal Baby Watch (press started staking out Kate Middleton's birth hospital on July 1), and we're starting to think this may only be the beginning. Though many believed the Duchess of Cambridge's due date fell on July 13, Prince William spent the day playing polo.

While the Duke's wife reportedly spent the weekend waiting it out with the Middleton family, the royal baby's daddy-to-be played a rousing match at Kent & Curwen's Royal Charity Polo Cup alongside his brother, Prince Harry. The games were in support of Sentebale and Tusk Trust, Princes Harry and William's respective charities.

"We weren't expecting William to be here, it was a lovely surprise. He was on really good form," Tusk's chief executive Charlie Mayhew told People magazine. "He seemed incredibly relaxed, enjoying his polo -- just the same as he ever is."

We're glad William's able to stay relaxed while we're on pins and needles over here in the States. The Duke is slated to play at another polo match today. When do you think he'll be meeting the royal baby? Contemplate that one as you check out photos of the game below.
