The Dutch royal stepped out to a concert in Amsterdam on Wednesday night in what appears to be a teal, strapless and wide-legged jumpsuit, with a (possibly flamenco-inspired) tied-shrug over it. She accessorized with a tasseled clutch and strappy sandals.
