Composer-producer-musician Tom Rothrock has listed his Hollywood Hills mansion.

The swanky villa was originally built in 1940 but has been thoroughly remodeled during the past seven years, reports the LA Times. Rothrock and his wife Monique have added, among other amenities, wiring for high speed data and surround sound, as well as electronically-powered doors.

The 6,150 square-foot home has five bathrooms and four bedrooms, one of which is a two-story master bedroom suite. The living room has 18-foot ceilings and immense walls of glass. The kitchen opens to the pool on one side and to a wrap-around deck and lounge area on the other side for convenient entertaining. There are six fireplaces, and the .4 acre lot boasts a solar-heated pool. This Grammy winner's property also includes an attached two-story guest house.

Rothrock has worked with Elliott Smith, James Blunt, Badly Drawn Boy, and Beck, according to All Music. He has produced, performed, or written music for "The Spongebob Squarepants Movie," "Shrek 2," and "Collateral," among other films. He has also released his own instrumental album, "Resonator."
