'Psych' 100th Episode: USA Series Gives Viewers Option To Choose Their Own Ending

You Can Choose The Ending For 'Psych's' 100th Episode

As "Psych's" 100th episode draws closer, the USA series keeps getting more mysterious. Luckily, viewers have control over how the mystery will be solved.

Titled "100 Clues" (airing Wed., Mar. 27 at 10 p.m. ET), Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dule Hill) will find themselves at a party in a Santa Barbara mansion. In true "Clue" form, a deadly crime is committed and everyone at the mansion is a suspect.

Viewers can vote for the suspect they want to be the murderer on the "Psych" website, and on twitter using hashtags like #PsychButlerDDit, #PsychGroupieDDit, #PsychManagerDDit."

Regardless of how "Psych's" 100th episode ends, two of three alternate endings will be available online the following day.

“This is a great example of how USA can eventize a broadcast and take fan engagement to new heights – before, during and after the show,” executive VP marketing & digital Alexandra Shapiro said in a statement. “In collaboration with Dunkin’ Donuts, we have co-created a social TV campaign that interfaces with the audience at every consumer touch point, from TV to social channels to mobile.”

This isn't the first time "Psych" has gotten creative with its episodes. In July, "Psych" creator Steve Franks confirmed that the series would air a two-hour musical episode, adding, "We're doing our own songs and these guys are awesome." Originally set to air during Season 7, the network is now reporting that it won't air until Season 8.

"Psych's" 100th episode will air on Wed., Mar. 27 at 10 p.m. ET on USA.
