Push-ups are an amazing exercise for working on your upper body strength. From your biceps and triceps to your deltoids, push-ups can carve beautiful muscles into our bodies. But, sometimes, when we are at our lowest points in life and we're on the ground, the resistance of the floor is exactly what we need to push-up!
