This Is How You Peel An Entire Bag Of Potatoes In Under 60 Seconds

A whole bag, in less than sixty seconds.

There are a lot of reasons to peel potatoes -- cheese fries, tater tots and potato salad, to name a few -- but that doesn't make the work of peeling them any less of a chore. It's not that this kitchen task is hard, being that it doesn't require even the slightest degree of culinary skill, it just takes a lot of time.

Turns out, it doesn't have to be that way. A potato-peeling hero has surfaced on YouTube, and he's taught the world how to peel an entire bag of potatoes in under 60 seconds. Not only does this trick save you a lot of time, it also looks like fun. Plus, this guy's way of peeling potatoes lets you feel like a badass while feeding a crowd at the same time. What could be better?

Because it all happens so fast, here's what you need to know: You will need is a power hose, a bucket, a drill and a cheap toilet bowl brush (though we're pretty certain any type of brush -- one that's not related to the bathroom -- would work too). A bag of potatoes and access to a water source are also essential, as is an outdoor space, because this task can get a little messy. Add the potatoes to a bucket. Attach the end of the toilet brush onto the drill. With the hose in one hand and the drill in the other, turn both on and attack those spuds.

Watch the video above to see this trick in action. Then, go make a mountain of potato salad, because it just got infinitely easier.
