The Internet Is Freaking Out Over This Rainbow Grilled Cheese Sandwich

The world at large is freaking out over images of what's being dubbed a "unicorn grilled cheese." The epic cheesy sandwich was created by Kala Toast in Hong Kong and is shown in the video above featuring its gooey, multicolored, four-cheese bliss. We can't exactly attest to the healthiness of this sandwich, but it's at least worth looking at. Check out the video above for more pictures.

Such an honour to be featured by @9gag on their social platform and the post got over 400,000likes! Lots of followers expressed their interest in this rainbow grilled cheese toast, thus I decided to repost it with the food review in english here. The toast costs $42 HKD and those coloured cheese are lavender (blue), basil (green), tomato (red) and the yellow one is actually the combination of 4 kinds of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, emmental and gruyere). The toast was crispy but I reckon both the flavour of the lavender and tomato were subtle. The basil flavour was the most outstanding one comparatively but the cheese flavour still was not as storing as my expectation. It was also a bit oily in general.
