Reading, riding and praying for a solution this mother travels cross country in 90 days in hopes to promote literacy awareness, and not just for anyone, but for her daughter Taylor.

Taylor is 10- years-old and can no longer read. Lakisha Chisolm made a promise to her daughter that one day she would read again and she hasn't stopped searching for answers. Chisolm's daughter Taylor had three brain surgeries at a very young age in a matter of just two weeks. And, due to epilepsy Taylor lost everything she learned in three years! Before the surgeries she read so many books and loved to read.

Her mother believes she will find the proper curriculum to fit Taylor needs even if she has to start one herself.

" I made a pinky promise to my daughter after her third brain surgery that I would do whatever it takes to help her learn to read again," said Chisolm, "so I withdrew all my savings and I'm stepping out on faith to bring that promise to past."
