Joyce Giraud de Ohoven is one of the new housewives on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," and she seemed determined to try and make a name for herself. Housewives can become famous for the epic fights they get into on the show, but this wasn't going to be one of those. Joyce confronted Lisa Vanderpump to tell her how rude she was -- and it was all over hair.
“You were so rude to me the first time," Joyce said. "I was just fixing your hair."
“And I said, ‘I’m okay with that,'" Lisa replied. But it was the other part of what she said that bothered Joyce. Lisa also told Joyce to just leave it, it's fine. And that she doesn't care.
It wasn’t, ‘Oh no, leave it.’ It was, ‘I don’t care,'" Joyce explained. "It was rude.” But Lisa wasn't taking the bait, telling Joyce that there were real problems going on. "This isn’t one of them, so don’t try and create one," she said.
Buddy TV's Gina Pusateri wasn't impressed, either. "In her confessional, Lisa basically calls Joyce a dramatic, crazy person, and she is basically right," she wrote. "Oh, Joyce, you may have a tiara, but you'll soon learn that Lisa Vanderpump is the queen, honey.” Over at Wetpaint, Ryan Gajewski agreed, adding, "We really want to like Joyce, and she does seem sweet at times. But is she kidding by lecturing Lisa about not wanting her hair to get fixed? It does sound like Lisa may have been a wee bit curt, but Joyce really needs to let it go. Bringing that up makes Joyce seem more than a little childish.”
