It's Princess vs. the Countess on the "Real Housewives Of New York" reunion (premiering Monday, October 8 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo).
In the preview clip below, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps calls out Carole Radziwill (a princess by marriage) for her snarky interview commentary about their behavior, particularly her gripes with LuAnn.
"Nothing that I say on the show was malicious or mean," Carole says.
Sonja and Aviva chime in about Carole's quiet behavior and interview revelations and Carole agrees. "I don't try to be mean, I'm not malicious. I try and look for the funny in things," she says.
Carole took to Twitter to comment on Bravo's touting of the showdown.
However, it doesn't sound like taped interviews are the only problems the ladies had with Carole. What else goes down on the reunion? "LuAnn [de Lesseps] tried to explain her night with the handsome man who was not her boyfriend, whom she invited back to the vacation house, but denied anything happened," a source told Huffington Post columnist Rob Shuter. "The best part of the day was when Sonja [Morgan] started barking like a dog when getting into the fact that her pup had died. Carole [Radziwill], who is usually witty, was stunned being called out by the women on the couch -- especially when Ramona [Singer] accused her of smoking pot."
