'Real Housewives' Producers Worried About Taylor Armstrong's Future With Show

Taylor Armstrong Unraveling?

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Taylor Armstrong has recently displayed wildly erratic behavior during filming, leaving producers to wonder if she should continue with the series.

“There was talk of getting rid of Taylor from the season now taping, but after her husband, Russell, committed suicide it didn’t feel right dumping her,” an insider tells me. “But now, after watching her at several tapings, everyone is very worried. If they have another disaster on their hands, this would have a devastating impact on the entire franchise.”

Following Russell’s suicide, Taylor made several paid appearances to discuss her troubled past and even authored a book, “Hiding From Reality,” in which she revealed her difficult journey with abuse and low self-esteem.

“Taylor said she told her story, hoping she could help other women, but in the process she forgot to get help for herself,” a friend of the reality star tells me. “At a weekend spa getaway taping, it was obvious that something wasn’t right. At what point do you finally put down the cameras documenting the car crash and try to save the victim? She has been seen rolling around on the floor and no one wants to do anything to stop her. Her close friends are in denial. She was even drinking at Kyle’s kid's birthday party that was at 1:00 p.m.”

Radar Online recently quoted sources who said they saw Taylor drinking during a spa visit in Ojai, Calif. Her representatives did not respond to a request for comment.
