More Americans than ever prefer having a female boss, according to a new Gallup survey, but feelings about a boss' gender are split deeply along party lines. Democrats are just as happy to work for a woman as for a man, while only 16 percent of Republicans prefer having a female boss — which is how the average American felt about 20 years ago.
