Rick Barber -- currently contending with Martha Roby in a runoff to determine the GOP candidate for Alabama's 2nd District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives -- is still carrying the cause of Alabama's 2010 viral video all-stars. Two weeks ago, he put up an ad in which he confronted the poltergeists of several Founding Fathers in a bar.
Now, he's back, and he's talking to Zombie Abe Lincoln, about health care.

BARBER: Hey Abe, if someone is forced to work for months to pay taxes so that a total stranger can get a free meal, medical procedure or a bailout, what's that called? What's it called when one man is forced to work for another?
ZOMBIE LINCOLN: Slavery.
As Dave Weigel pointed out two weeks ago, Barber's been dialing up some shady spirits on his ouija board. Had this been the actual ghost of Abraham Lincoln, he would have said to Barber: "Dude, what are you talking about? On August 5, 1861, I signed the Revenue Act into law, 'imposing the first federal income tax in U.S. history,' precisely for the purpose of raising money to fight the Civil War. Hey, refresh my memory, but what side of that were y'all on, again?"
