'Ring Engagement' Proposal Fools Woman On Private Flight (VIDEO)

First, they fell in love. Then, they fell from the sky.

At least that's what one woman thought was happening.

Ryan Thompson took his girlfriend on a private flight, where he planned to propose. Unbeknownst to his girlfriend, Thompson had planned to pretend that the plane's controls were malfunctioning, and mid-flight, he told her that he needed her to read the emergency procedure to him. Watch the video above to see how Thompson saves the day with his "in descent" proposal. The descent starts at 1:57.

Thompson gave his bride-to-be quite a scare, but not as much a scare as one Russian man gave his girlfriend when he faked his own death in a grisly car accident before rising, undead, to propose earlier this month.
