Here's Why Rob Kardashian’s Relationship With Blac Chyna Could Help Him

The former reality star is already looking to live a healthier lifestyle.

It looks like Blac Chyna is giving Rob Kardashian all the motivation he needs to get happy and healthy.

In a rare Instagram posted on Thursday, Kardashian is pictured lifting weights at a gym. Since he apparently began dating Chyna a few weeks ago, Kardashian has been spotted out and about (and on social media) more than he has in years.

Kardashian, who was recently diagnosed with diabetes, is trying to get healthy. According to a new interview with Chyna's trainer, she's doing everything she can to get her man back in shape.

"[She came to me] recently, maybe a week ago," Chyna's trainer, Chris Jinna, told Us Weekly. "She just asked some type of tips for Rob, to get him a meal plan. So I created a plan for them and sent it over."

The interview also alluded that the two are trying to make changes together -- including changing their relationship to something more official.

"She does refer to him as her boyfriend, yes," Jinna said. "They both have the same goals -- they just want to basically get in shape, kind of shred a little bit, just have a healthier life, live a healthier lifestyle."

It's safe to say that the Kardashians probably aren't happy about Rob's relationship as Chyna weaves a complicated web within the family tree. The model used to be friends with Kim Kardashian and was once engaged to rapper Tyga, with whom she has a 3-year-old son. Tyga, of course, now dates Rob's 18-year-old sister, Kylie Jenner.

Khloe Kardashian even reportedly kicked Rob out of the house after she found him with Chyna. Apparently, he's been living with his new girlfriend -- which might just be the best thing for him right now.

"Rob has been lonely for so long, so of course it's great for him to spend time with someone other than his sisters," a source said to People magazine. "Rob likes her and seems to think it's mutual."

Hey, whatever makes him happy, right?
