Robert Lopez EGOT Honor Complete With 'Let It Go' Win

'Let It Go' Writer Becomes An EGOT Winner

At Sunday's 86th annual Academy Awards, "Let It Go" from "Frozen" took home the award for Best Original Song, putting one of the song's writers, Robert Lopez, on a very elite list. With his new Oscar, Lopez is now a member of the acclaimed EGOT club -- those that have won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony.

Lopez, who took home the award for "Frozen" with his wife Kristen Anderson-Lopez, won two Daytime Emmys in 2008 and 2010 for "The Wonder Pets." He earned his Grammy in 2012 for Best Musical Theater Album for "Book of Mormon" and took home Tony awards for both "Avenue Q" and "Book of Mormon."

Other EGOT winners include Whoopi Goldberg, Mel Brooks, and Audrey Hepburn.
