Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are looking to move forward in their recently reconciled relationship.
The couple are reportedly looking forward to spending some quality time together once their worldwide "Breaking Dawn: Part 2" press tour concludes, and according to RadarOnline, they're hoping to welcome special someone into their home.
When the couple first split back in July following Stewart's cheating scandal, there were reports that they were arguing over who would get custody of Bear, the mixed mutt Pattinson adopted from a shelter in New Orleans. However, now that they have put the past behind them, sources claim they are planning on adopting another dog.
“It was something they had originally planned before Kristen’s cheating scandal,” a source told RadarOnline. "They were desperate for Bear to have a companion, but recent events meant they had to hold off from the idea.
It's not clear if the couple is living together again, as Stewart moved out this past summer and bought a $2.2 million home in Los Feliz, Calif., less than a mile away from the home she shared with Pattinson.
The decision to adopt a dog together would be a big step for the couple, and time has yet to heal all wounds.
"There's still healing to do and trust issues," a source close to Stewart tells People in October, adding "but Kristen will do whatever it takes."
Their relationship seems to be getting back on track as the couple appeared calm and collected, with little to no tension, during their first post-scandal interview together, last week.
