Robert Pattinson Wants A Man-To-Man Talk With Rupert Sanders: REPORT

Robert Pattinson Reportedly Wants A Man-To-Man Talk With Rupert Sanders

Robert Pattinson isn't just "heartbroken and humiliated" after learning that his girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, cheated on him with director Rupert Sanders -- he's confused.

There have been dozens of rumors and reports in the days since photos of Stewart and Sanders kissing and hugging were published, and it appears that the 26-year-old actor knows about as much as the rest of us, which isn't much.

According to RadarOnline, Pattinson is curious about what really happened and he wants answers -- not from Stewart -- but from Sanders himself.

The "Twilight" actor appears to have paid no attention to his girlfriend's public apology, judging by how quickly he moved out of their shared Los Feliz, Calif., home, and sources say he's no longer speaking to her, either.

"Rob wants to have a man to man chat with Rupert to find out exactly what happened between him and Kristen," a source close to Pattinson told RadarOnline. "Kristen has already betrayed his trust by cheating, so he can't be sure that she will tell him exactly what went on between her and Rupert. Rupert has a wife and a family to save, so Rob feels like he has nothing left to lose and would be honest with him."

That sounds like skewed logic since it's in Stewart and Sanders' best interest to continue claiming the affair to be brief, nonsexual and a "momentary indiscretion," as Stewart described it.

According to the source, Pattinson was completely blindsided by the affair, and is trying to work through the pain.

"He was hurt and heartbroken, then angry and pissed off, and now he just wants answers. He feels like he needs to know exactly what happened, how far it went and how many times, so he can figure out if this is something he can move past," explained the insider.

The actor reportedly doesn't know whom or what to believe right now, especially since people are suddenly coming out of the woodwork to make allegations about the affair.

Sanders' brother-in-law, Leopold Ross, told the U.K.'s The People, that the affair began halfway through filming of "Snow White and the Huntsman," continued through all of post-production, and carried on all the way until news broke last week. It would be a damning claim -- if it were true.

Gossip Cop has already pointed out that Leopold's allegations are half-baked as he never said he has any form of evidence or "first-hand knowledge" that his allegations of a long-lived affair are actually true. Plus, there's the obvious fact that his sister, Liberty Ross, is the one who is now left to pick up the pieces of her broken marriage -- a marriage for which she left Britain and moved to Hollywood.
