If you couldn't be a musician what would you be doing instead?
Barbara: I'd probably be an out of work architect.
Ethan: Even though I don't have many other skills, maybe something in the line of medicine.

If you could collaborate with one artist who would it be and why?
Beethoven. Seems like he had a pretty cool vibe.

If you became president, what would be the first action you would take?
Ask really smart people for help.

What social cause is closest to your heart?
All civil rights, anything having to do with equality on all fronts.

What does the right to vote mean to you?
That we are fortunate enough to be citizens of a democracy, with a say in our leadership and government.

Which bands did you like in high school?
The Beatles, Stevie Wonder and Paul Simon were pop musicians that influenced us, but we also listened to a lot of classical and jazz music.

What activity or group were you involved in in high school that might surprise people?
Barbara played field hockey and Ethan played volleyball. HAHA!!!

What's the biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in high school?
Barbara: coming to terms with being gay and having the courage to come out.
Ethan: having an important relationship end.

Do you do any volunteer or community work while you're not on tour?
Not enough.

What change would you like to see in our society in the next year?
If anything can happen that fast, legalizing gay marriage, better healthcare and heightened environmental consciousness.
