A Georgia man was arrested Sunday at Miami Beach's Fontainebleau Hotel after a Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant contestant alerted police that there was a hidden camera set up in their dressing room.

Ronald Keith Rolfes, 31, recorded himself setting up the camera under a chair and later admitted to police: “Man to man, I did it because I’ve never had a girlfriend," according to the arrest report.

Police say a frantic woman approached them at the hotel after spotting the camera behind a backpack while she was changing. Officers found Rolfes sitting in the room with the camera.

He was reportedly in town working with Waterbabies Bikinis, which provided the swimwear for the pageant.

Owner Michael Chu told the Miami Herald that "Rolfes isn’t an employee but a friend who sometimes pays his own way to travel with the company on business." While at the pageant, he was supposed to be keeping an eye on the merchandise.

Rolfes is charged with 1 count of video voyeurism and is being held on $1,000 bond.

Meanwhile Hooters released the following statement: "Hooters of America's top priority is the safety and security of its customers and employees. Hooters is fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation."
