Rosie O'Donnell's new talk show debuting out of Harpo Studios on Oct. 10 won't be the only thing she inherits from Team Oprah as she makes her move to Chicago. Sources say the TV host is under contract to buy five-bedroom home in Lakeview formerly owned by an executive at Winfrey's OWN Network, who added a security system, home theater and sports bar to the 6,000-square-foot-property.

Listed at $2.5 million, the three-story brick home is fully furnished, which sold her on the deal, O'Donnell said at a recent test taping of "The Rosie Show," an audience member told the Chicago Tribune. She also joked at the taping that she had yet to weather a Chicago winter.

"I was hoping you all wouldn't laugh like that," O'Donnell said at the taping when the audience responded, according to the Tribune.

To help her adjust to the harsh cold, the house also has a three-car heated garage, REALTOR.com reports. Five bedrooms and five-plus baths will just fit her four children, with whom she shares custody with ex-partner Kelli Carpenter, who lives in New York.

Although Rosie seems enamored with her new city, posting a poem on her blog that includes the line "i knew nothing of chicago/its beauty is startling," her announcement Monday night about new girlfriend Michelle Rounds, who lives in New York, may keep her on the move.
