Singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright recently stopped by HuffPost Live to chat about a number of topics including being a gay artist.
While some musicians claim that their sexuality is only a small part of who they are and doesn't directly affect their output, Wainwright is happy to celebrate his identity.

"I've always embraced it, only because there is such a fabulous history of really gay artists, especially in songwriting," he said.
