Ryan Gosling, Justin Timberlake In 'The New Mickey Mouse Club': Overalls And Mustache (VIDEO)

FLASHBACK: Ryan Gosling & Justin Timberlake (In Overalls!) As Child Stars

Just last month, Ryan Gosling starred as a smoldering avenger of the night, taking lives in brutal, bloody fashion to defend the innocent. This coming weekend, he'll be thrust into moral decisions that could change the course of a nation's future. So, pretty serious stuff. But it wasn't always so life-or-death for the star.

Before he stole hearts in "The Notebook," earned an Oscar nomination for "Half Nelson" and spent this year starring in "Crazy, Stupid, Love." "Drive" and "The Ides of March," Gosling was, as has been well documented, a teen star. He got his start alongside Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera on "The New Micky Mouse Club," and remembers those days fondly.

"I went through puberty in a theme park," Gosling told Esquire in August. "I'm grateful. That place was a landscape to me. I had adventures every day... Backstage at Disney World, there are stories. Mickey Mouse with his head off, drinking coffee on break. Pirates on the phone. Ghosts in line for food. It just made me see things."

Since his "Ides of March" comes out this weekend, and could earn him another Oscar nomination, we thought it'd be fun to look back on some of his sketches on his first show.

Take note of Justin Timberlake's sartorial choice, by the way.
