Ryan Lewis -- of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis fame -- just splashed out a whopping $3.3 million for a northwest Seattle estate. The Grammy award-winning producer scooped up the home on January 31 at quite a bargain compared with the property's 2005 list price: a wallet-emptying $8.9 million. The estate has been on and off the market several times since then, and went through eight rounds of price drops before Lewis picked it up for $5.6 million less than the original price.

Ryan can celebrate his recent Grammy wins with the rest of the Shark Face Gang in his new abode, which spans 7,610 square feet with four bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms. The estate sits on just under an acre of land and has a beautiful outdoor deck with stunning views of the Puget Sound. Other luxury amenities include a library, wine cellar and a jetted tub in the master bath. There are mini-kitchens in the living rooms upstairs and in the basement, perfect for entertaining on any level. The home is newer construction and fully 'wired' with tall ceilings on every level.

But it was most likely the location that lured in the big-time music producer. Seattle Redfin agent Codi Nelson says that homebuyers are drawn to Magnolia's breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere. "Magnolia has some of the best views in Seattle. It's got a small-town feel to it, but you're still close to the city," Nelson said.
