'Drunk Frat Boy' Is Ryan Lochte's New Auto-Tuned Olympic Anthem

Warning: You'll be singing this all week.

Ryan Lochte’s apology over his drunken antics during the Olympics has been given a hilarious auto-tune remix in a new viral video.

The Gregory Brothers transformed the gold medalist’s mea culpa for his now-debunked story about being robbed at gunpoint during the Rio 2016 Games into a catchy ditty. To do so, the creative geniuses behind “Songify the News” stitched together footage of the swimmer talking to Matt Lauer of “TODAY” with video of NBC weatherman Al Roker slamming Lochte for his actions.

”Ryan Lochte knows the only way to become America’s sweetheart once again is to go full Cusack and woo us in song,” the YouTubers wrote on their schmoyoho” channel Monday.

Check it out in the clip above.

‘Drunk Frat Boy’ follows the Gregory Brothers’ equally addictive reworkings of inspirational scenes from the hit 1993 movie “Cool Runnings,” and Hillary Clinton’s speech at the Democratic National Convention in July.
