Crazy-man Sacha Baron Cohen and his wife Isla Fisher are now trying to sell their Hollywood Hills home instead of just leasing it out. It came on the market at $2.595 million and can still be rented for $9,950 a month, according to our friends at Realtor.com.

The 2,806-square-foot mid-century house built in 1959 has four bedrooms, which includes a detached guest house. Mid-Century homes are still the "it" architectural style in Los Angeles today, especially if they've been modernized as this one has. There's a large river rock fireplace, 22-foot beamed ceilings and an updated kitchen. The multi-tiered deck has a lagoon-style pool, spa and fire pit.

No word on why Cohen is moving on, but with the success of the 2006 film "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan" and his role as Thénardier in "Les Miserables," he's probably just moving on up the real estate food chain.
