HuffPost senior political reporter Sam Stein appeared on "The Ed Show" Monday night to discuss Rand Paul's proposed requirement that Congress be forced to wait 20 days per page of legislation under consideration.

"The health care bill, one of the major knocks against it that conservatives put up was that it was so long that it had to be bad legislation," Stein told host Ed Schultz. "Honestly, this is a silly amendment. Congress already moves so slow, and I hate to admit it, but Republicans have written long bills before, too. It's not about the size of the bill."

The panel went on to discuss a new GQ article's allegations about Paul, as well as John Boehner's time on the golf course.
