Samantha Cameron Gives Birth To Baby Girl

Samantha Cameron, wife of British Prime Minister David Cameron, gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday. BBC News reports that Samantha went into labor while on holiday in Cornwall, several weeks before her due date. The baby has yet to be named.

"The Prime Minister and Mrs Cameron are delighted to announce the birth of their fourth child, a baby girl. Both the baby -- who was born weighing 6lb 1oz -- and Mrs Cameron are doing very well. The PM and Mrs Cameron would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the hospital for their help and kindness."

The Camerons have two children, Nancy Gwen Beatrice and Arthur Elwen. Their son Ivan Reginald Ian passed away last year. According to the AFP, Cameron is the second British premier to have a child while in office.
