There is so much evidence in the case of the former teacher and Bengals cheerleading captain accused of having sex with one of her students, her lawyer wants her trial date pushed back by months.
Sarah Jones, 27 -- accused of having sexual relations with an underage student while she taught at Dixie Heights High School in Kentucky -- was supposed to start her trial on June 27. But her attorney, Charles Lester, argued this week that he'll have to review tens of thousands of documents that the prosecution may use as evidence, so he wants the trial moved to September.
Lester, who spoke with Fox19 News, filed a motion Thursday to seek the hearing due to having a DVD which contains some 9,500 pages. In addition, there are 9,000 pages of Facebook material, 5,000 pages of pictures from a photo website called "Shutterfly," 4,000 pages of phone records, 500 pages of bank records, 200 pages of Twitter correspondence, an unspecified hundreds of pages of emails, and 1,000 text messages.
Even Lester has no idea at this time how much of the material is actually relevant to the case but he says, "This is so important that this be done right, so that means we have to review all the evidence that they've given us."

The details of the alleged incident are still unclear, but Jones quit her teaching job on Nov. 30 on the heels of a police probe. She cited "personal reasons" when she quit.
Jones has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse and unlawful use of electronic devices, both of which she pleaded not guilty to last month.
If convicted, she could spend up to five years in prison and lose her retirement benefits.
Her mother, Cheryl, is also facing five years for tampering with evidence in the case.
Jones' ex-husband, Nathan Wilburn, said early this month that the cheerleader is falling apart.
"She says she's crushed and her life is over, she has nothing left," Wilburn told "Inside Edition." "Her teaching career's over. Her Bengals career is over."
