'SNL' Star Sasheer Zamata Answers All Your Questions About Love, Life And Virginity

'SNL' Star Answers Your Pressing Questions About Love And Virginity

Yesterday, Rookie Magazine's "Ask A Grown Woman" series featured the awesome Sasheer Zamata, who became the first black female cast member of "Saturday Night Live" earlier this year. In this video, Zamata gives her two cents on love, street harassment, racial insensitivity and virginity.

Responding to one teen reader's question about her your v-card, Zamata says:

If you’ve weighed all the pros and all the cons… and you feel like you’re mentally and emotionally ready for that, then I think it’s fine... As long as it's you and your body deciding you want to have sex, and not another person or some sort of outside source making you think you want to have sex, then go for it. But be safe. Please be safe. Use protection.

Watch the video above for more of Sasheer's wise words.
