'Saved By The Bell' Movie Footage Ruins Your Childhood

The New 'Saved By The Bell' Movie Will Ruin Your Childhood

Zack might not get out of this one.

Lifetime has released the first sneak peek at "The Unauthorized Saved By The Bell Story," and it is Bayside like you've never seen it before. The video shows behind the scenes turmoil among the stars, including fights between the girls over Mark-Paul Gosselaar and that Screech is apparently really bad at push ups.

Recently, the real Gosselaar sat down with HuffPost Live and said that the original cast isn't involved with the movie at all. And though the film is thought by some to be based on Dustin Diamond's book, "Behind the Bell," which Gosselaar referred to as "negative," Lifetime says it's actually based on their own interviews and research, according to Rolling Stone.

Yeah, it may ruin your childhood, but this clip is too good to miss.

"The Unauthorized Saved By The Bell Story" airs Monday, Sept. 1, at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
