Societal conditioning magnified by media and peers has habituated us to keep craving the next thing. Didn't we long for summer just five minutes ago?

The issue with jumping ahead of time, much like junk carbs, is that we miss the moment. We rush to the new enticing event not realizing that what we're leaving is what we adored and ran to instants earlier. We cannot savor summer fully if we have one foot in a sandal and the other in a winter boot.

So, unplug from the fresh-craze frenzy and bask in the glory of the season.
