Scott Disick Reportedly Enters Rehab For Drugs And Alcohol

He previously checked into rehab in March.

Scott Disick has checked into rehab for drug and alcohol abuse, Us Weekly reports.

The magazine cited an unnamed source, revealing that the reality star is currently receiving treatment at a Malibu facility. E! confirmed the report.

A rep for Disick was not immediately available for comment.

Disick went to rehab at the Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica back in March. At the time, he put out a press release saying he was undergoing "therapy and iboga treatment." Iboga is a "small tree that grows in Gabon, Africa," and "has been used to treat a variety of addictions and has been an effective form of treatment."

He left after only a week, but told People magazine he planned to return.

"The funny thing is, a lot of people were under the impression that I was going to this rehab facility in Costa Rica for a month, when the truth was, I was going for a week for one treatment that they have there," the 32-year-old said. "I'm not done. I plan to go back to this place."

Disick's partying was documented during Season 10 of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." He and Kourtney Kardashian split in July over his issues with substance abuse.

News of Disick entering rehab surfaced just hours after Lamar Odom was found unconscious at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South, a brothel in Nevada. Hof told NBC News Odom was taking an herbal Viagra and was found with "terrible foaming stuff coming out of him, he was throwing up, a little bit of blood." As of Wednesday afternoon, he was still fighting for his life. The Kardashians flew to be by Odom's side.
