Scott Disick Calls Himself A 'Sex Addict' In New 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Trailer

The new trailer for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” was released Thursday, and man does this season look intense.

Soundtracked by Kanye West’s “FML,” the clip offers a glimpse at the family dealing with the aftermath of Kim Kardashian’s robbery ― and Kanye’s subsequent stage walk-off ― as well as Kourtney and Scott’s relationship woes.

Thanks to some masterful editing, it appears Kim calls Scott a “f**king whore” at one point, though it looks like she might be talking to Khloe. Next thing we know, the camera cuts to a shot of Scott exclaiming, “I’m a sex addict.” We then see Kourtney say, “It’s never going to work out.”

Scott and Kourtney’s troubled relationship has played out over the course of “KUWTK.” The couple split in 2015 after being together for nine years. It was reported that Kourtney ended the relationship after Scott’s “partying” started getting out of hand again; Scott has also struggled with substance abuse.

The one-minute trailer also includes plenty of red carpet footage and a look at Rob and Blac Chyna’a relationship.
