Someone is very interested in letting the world know that CNN host S.E. Cupp is being considered to join "The View," because they're telling just about every media outlet in Washington.

Sources told FishbowlDC and Politico AND The Hill that the “Crossfire" co-host is in talks with ABC to join Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell at the daytime program.

Cupp, the former co-host of MSNBC's "The Cycle," is known for representing the right and would likely fill the conservative voice of Elisabeth Hasselbeck who left the program in September for Fox News. Her stints on both the CNN and MSNBC shows have given her a wealth of experience in debating with more liberal colleagues.

Meghan McCain is also reportedly in contention for the right-leaning slot on the show. She's appearing as a guest host next week.

The network announced Thursday that O'Donnell would be returning as co-host for its 18th season after a series of shakeups that left Goldberg as the only remaining co-host. Both Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy announced their departures in June, following Barbara Walters' retirement in May.
