Be at peace with who you are. Every act and thought since you were tiny brought you to this place, and for better or worse it is your sacred reality -- the only place from which you can move forward.

The next step is just that -- a STEP. If we could orchestrate the size of our paces our very natural hunger would have us overstep who we are by an unmanageable amount. Be at peace with the size of your strides, they carry you forwards, always.

Tone down comparisons. It is not ours to judge the hardships, strain and pain others may have endured to bring them to the point where they seem to outpace us.

Savour with deep intent the things you do well. Your gifts are your incarnational signature -- personal, pure, and the sacred expression of who you are on earth. Own them with a sense of reverence and thanksgiving.

Recapture the innocence of childhood for moments during your day by allowing the stream of stimuli reaching you to do so without your customary habit of compartmentalizing them according to their content and quality. There is a freshness out there, often dulled by the habit of our ceaseless judgments.

Attend to your prayer/meditation routine. Some days the connection appears easy and blissful, others the reverse. It is not for us to judge the inner seasons of ebb and flow. Within these apparent polarities a new sun is quietly rising. Trust the process.

Afford your physical self every opportunity to run well. You know now that whole foods, water, sunshine, rest and play make for an energetic and healthy system. Integrate them within your lifestyle each day.

HuffPost's GPS for the Soul app is based on two truths about human beings. First: We all have a centered place of wisdom, harmony and balance within us. Second: We're all going to veer away from that place, again and again and again. What we need is a great course-correcting mechanism -- a GPS for the Soul -- to help us find our way back to that centered place, from which everything is possible.

Because no one knows better than you what helps you de-stress and tap into that place of peace inside yourself, it's important for you to create your very own GPS guide -- a personalized collection of whatever helps you course-correct. Email us at GPS@huffingtonpost.com and we'll set you up with your very own HuffPost blogger account to share your guide on the site. If you're already a blogger, we encourage you to upload your personal guide today. We can't wait to see what you have to share.
