TOC online photographer Nina Pagano was so taken with the final show of Fashion Focus this year that she wrote us a fashion-show review of her own.
Hosted by the executive producers of Conscious Planet Media, Michael and Bianca Alexander, Sexy & Sustainable: 2nd Annual Vert Couture Eco-Fashion Show (the last of the Fashion Focus week) was held inside the Mercedes-Benz showroom, a humble and warm --not to mention LEED certified--space, without sacrificing an ounce of sophistication; it was a personal experience. The show was preceded by an energetic drum and West African dance ensemble lead by Tosha Alston, director of Ayodele. They were the real deal.
