Last week, San Francisco’s historic Curran Theater opened its doors for the first time following a massive two-year renovation process. The event coincided with the premiere of “Fun Home,” Alison Bechdel’s Tony Award-winning musical based on her graphic novel about growing up with a closeted gay father and discovering her own sexuality in the process.

Take a look at images of the stunning new space and from the show below. “Fun Home” runs through February 19 and kicks off a season at the Curran that includes “Eclipsed” and “The Encounter.” For more information and to purchase tickets, visit The Curran’s website.
