SIC Video Interview With David Bunnell, Tech Legend

David Bunnell is a legendary media entrepreneur and one of the pioneers of technology publishing. Following his talk at the Seattle Interactive Conference, titled "From Type Slugs to Tweets (and many stops in-between)" he sat down with me to talk about what he's doing next (the man does not rest) and where he sees a lot of popular misconceptions around the internet.

With decades of success under his belt, including both PC World and MacWorld, it really was his "keep naivity" quote I loved most about this interview. He argues it's ridiculous to think technology is leaving the older generation since it's the older users who invented the Internet. They still want to explore, own and express themselves through technology.

The Internet started with a desire to have fun and form relationships and a generation later that hasn't changed. I'm excited for what's next from David Bunnell, especially as he embarks on the new "doing" culture of start-ups and the next chapter of online and interactive publications.
